行政院長林全昨天受訪時表示，考量電力調整，核一廠一號機若安全可啟用，在不延役、安全前提情況下，朝重新啟用思考，政院強調，需以穩健方式達非核家園目標。

行政院政委張景森呼籲，達非核家園目標要先通過今、明年夏天嚴峻考驗，一旦限制非核家園目標就崩盤。他透露，核一二廠要朝只有夏天運轉規劃，兼顧安全非夏天能不用就不用。

台電核一廠一號機前年底進行大修期間，層經發生燃料棒連接桿鬆脫，去年4月原能會就審查通過可啟用，至今17個月尚未重啟。

惟林全說法引發環保團體痛批，喊告他涉公共危險罪。對此，政院發言人童振源表示，如期除役是政府既定政策，2025非核家園是社會共識，在這兩個基礎上，政府將確保核能的安全和供電的穩定，既有核電廠會如期除役，但不會提前除役。
